Who are we?
Bravo Ltd was founded in 1993 when it started producing semi-finished meat products and quickly became a market leader in the meat-processing industry. Since 1996 the company produces sausages, cooked and smoked delicacies and hams. A main priority of the company is maintaining a quality without compromise and a constant strife towards innovation and care for the health of the customers. Nowadays Bravo's production range consists of: fresh sausages, cooked and smoked delicacies and hams, filled frankfurters as well as turkey delicacies.
What do we produce?

What do we own?
Bravo's factory is located in the Kremikovtsi region at the outskirts of Sofia. It has a first category rating and complies with all European requirements as far as technological and technical equipment is concerned, as well as buildings and facilities. Last generation meat-processing machines imported from Germany, the Netherlands, Italy etc. are used in the company's production halls. Production takes place under strict hygiene standards, which guarantees the purity and quality of the foods. Our highly qualified employees get regular trainings in the latest innovations in the field of technological and hygiene standards.
Social obligations
Bravo leads an active social life that goes beyond business. We have been a long-term sponsor of the Bulgarian association of hotel and restaurant owners as well as of the Varna based branch thereof. We also sponsor different social events like the yearly competition “Best cook of the year” 2005, Planeta TV's yearly tour, the International Media Events Festival in Albena etc.
In June 2006 Bravo was the main partner of the Sofia City Center for Children (SCCC), and in particular of its branch located in Botunets living quarter – Kremikovtsi region. Most inhabitants thereof have migrated there from different parts of the country. Four ethnic groups have formed in the village – Roma, Turks, Wallachs and Bulgarians. A great part of them are in a dire social condition and have a low level of literacy and culture. SCCC – Botunets branch aided by Bravo has given those children the possibility to engage for free in their favorite activity – theater, song, dance, computers, ecology etc. - in order to integrate with their peers. A children summer camp was organized from 1 till 30 June in the village of Botunets. This project was carried out with Bravo's support, which provided for the daily healthy menu for the little campers.
Innovation
Bravo prides itself of being a trend-setter on the sausage market. For the first time in Bulgaria the company developed a series of turkey meat products that are totally in compliance with the requirements of diet nutrition. Bravo's filled frankfurters were also a novelty in Bulgaria. They are produced in different varieties – filled with mustard, melted cheese or ketchup.
We keep on working in the same spirit!
Recently, Bravo brought on the market a sequence of its special ham series – Prague ham, Delicatessen salami and Mini-turkey ham. These are ready-to-eat products, produced from selected meat, delicately seasoned.
We are also preparing an entirely new high-quality product – ready minced meat, produced from selected sorts of fresh pork and veal, with no preservatives and coloring agents added. In this way we will save time for our customers who will no longer have to go especially to the butcher in order to obtain the same and even higher quality.
Flexibility
All of our products are designed for the retail market as well as for our professional clients. That is why we have developed special wholesale bulks that are highly suitable for the needs of hotel and restaurant owners. We are all too familiar with the hard work, that the people working in this sphere have to do daily so we aspire to make things as easy as possible for them.
Rational nutrition
Tasty does not necessary mean unhealthy. Bravo proves this! Dietologists and food-tasters work side by side so that we can offer the consumer a tasty and diet meat menu. Due to the care for our customers we have decided to develop a range of turkey meat products. Turkey meat is preferred because of its taste and nutritional qualities. It is very rich in protein, iron, zinc, phosphorus and vitamin B. A 100g of skinned meat contains only 0.3g fats. Turkeys can not be fed with antibiotics, so their meat is purely ecologic. This makes it an indispensable part of healthy nutrition. Besides Bravo's turkey is tasty as well – on its own or as a ready-to-cook product. Now you understand why our motto is “Life is tasty!”
Speed
Time is money. That is why Bravo saves your time with its delivery facilities. Using our own refrigerating transport we deliver the ordered meat product to any destination in the country within 24 hours. Our broad distribution network offers the possibility for quick and easy access – a guaranteed comfort for the client. Recently, Bravo opened its first logistics unit for North-Eastern Bulgaria. It is situated in Varna and will greatly facilitate our work with our numerous customers in the region.
Humor
Bravo keeps on proving that it likes breaking the clichés and bringing life and feelings into everything it does. This goes for the meat products bearing the Bravo trademark, as well as for the way they are presented to the customers. Bravo's smile is contagious. You probably remember the ad introducing the new filled frankfurters in Bulgaria. The dancing frankfurter singing “I will survive” is a true reflection of our way of work and life.
Bravo has remained true to its style in the ad introducing its new high-quality minced meat, featuring well-known characters from the popular “Slavi show”. The spot was shot by SIA Advertising thus laying the grounds for an unprecedented cooperation between two of the major producing houses in Bulgaria.
Champion
Each year Bravo carries away a reward from the International Plovdiv Fair for consumer goods and services. This year (2006) we have received two awards – a gold medal for the Veal frankfurters Bravo in the category “Food goods and products”. The smoked turkey meat that is on the market for two years already carried away the gold as well.
